Accessibility Statement

Company: PetersPetersson
Last updated: 17 June 2026
Our commitment
PetersPetersson is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with:
- the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102);
- Luxembourg law on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, where applicable;
- WCAG 2.1, Level AA as the reference standard.
This statement applies to the website peterspetersson.lu.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA due to the non-conformities listed below.
“Partially compliant” means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard.
Non-accessible content
The following content is not accessible for the reasons stated:
Colour contrast (WCAG 1.4.3 – Contrast (Minimum))
Several text and interface elements do not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and user interface components. This includes, in particular:
- headings, links, and labels using the brand colour #F25D49 on light backgrounds;
- white text on #F25D49 backgrounds in navigation and call-to-action elements;
- some secondary text, icons, and interactive states (including hover/focus styles) where contrast is reduced for design reasons.
Because of these contrast issues, parts of the site may be difficult to read for users with low vision or colour vision deficiencies.
Other known limitations
We are also working to improve:
- keyboard navigation and focus visibility on all interactive components;
- consistency of headings and landmark structure across all page templates;
- alternative text for some decorative or complex images;
- accessibility of third-party content (for example social media embeds, maps, or cookie/consent tools).
This list is not necessarily exhaustive. We continue to review the site and update this statement as improvements are made.
