The Lemonade Factory

Still got Fizz

Hidden in an Esch backyard, this lemonade factory had seen better days. Worse for wear, but its industrial charm and original machinery were too good to lose.

The challenge was to revive the building without polishing away its past. From reconstructing the roof and restoring the steel structure to installing custom-made industrial windows and doors, every intervention preserved the factory’s raw identity.

Even the original production equipment found its place in the new design.

With its lime-rendered façade, generous openings and industrial elements, the former factory has regained its character. What remains is an open, light-filled space where the building’s history is still very much present.

A lot has changed. The juicy stuff hasn't.
